(1) After the investigation committee has decided according to sub-section (3) of section 10, the report of the matter shall be submitted to the speaker.

(2) The report submitted under sub-section (1) shall, in addition to other matters, contain the following matters:–

(a) Summary of Examination,

(b) matter determined or concluded by the Inquiry Committee during the inquiry,

(c) the grounds and evidence taken for the determination or conclusion under clause (b),

(d) If any expert or officer has given any opinion in that regard, the details,

(e) details of the report received under sub-section (2) of section 10, if an investigation has been conducted in relation to corrupt misconduct,

(f) other necessary matters taken to establish or not the charge.
